WIll Lashoher
Movement has always been a way home for me. Through yoga, rock climbing, and highlining, I’ve learned to listen closely to my body — to sense balance, fear, steadiness, and trust from the inside. These practices taught me that growth doesn’t come from force, but from attention and presence.
For over ten years, I’ve shared this exploration as a yoga teacher, guiding others toward greater awareness and connection through embodied practice. Over time, my curiosity deepened into the workings of the nervous system — how our histories live in the body, how stress and trauma shape our patterns, and how healing unfolds gently when we feel safe enough.
Alongside my somatic training, I have a background in addiction counseling and attachment theory. This has given me a deep respect for the ways we learn to cope, protect ourselves, and seek connection. I hold this work with care, patience, and an understanding that change happens at its own pace.
In my sessions, I trust the body’s wisdom. My role is not to fix, but to support — to create a space where you can slow down, feel, and gradually reconnect with your own inner light.
