Supporting nervous system regulation and embodied healing in Geneva.
What is Somatic Experiencing?
Whether you’ve tried therapy before or are just beginning to explore support, Somatic Experiencing® might be for you if you sense that your body carries more than your mind can explain. If you struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, attachment wounds, or lingering effects of trauma, this work offers a slow and respectful way to reconnect with your own inner regulation. Rather than pushing for insight, we focus on creating the conditions for your nervous system to settle and reorganize naturally.

Why Choose SE?
Somatic Experiencing® may be helpful if you feel caught in cycles of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm that don’t fully resolve through insight alone. Because stress and trauma are held in the nervous system, this approach works gently with the body’s sensations to restore a sense of safety and balance. Rather than reliving difficult experiences, we focus on building regulation and resilience in the present moment. Over time, many people experience greater steadiness, clarity, and connection to themselves.
Inside my world
I’ve always been passionate about movement and the intelligence of the body. From yoga to rock climbing and highlining, I’ve been drawn to practices that cultivate presence, balance, and deep listening. Movement has been my way of understanding myself — not only physically, but emotionally and relationally as well.
For over ten years, I’ve worked as a yoga teacher, supporting others in developing awareness, strength, and connection through embodied practice. Over time, I became increasingly interested in how the nervous system shapes our experience — how stress, trauma, and life events live in the body and influence how we move, feel, and relate.
This path led me to Somatic Experiencing®. My background in movement naturally informs my therapeutic work: I trust the body’s wisdom, its rhythms, and its capacity to regulate and heal when given the right support. I offer a gentle, attuned space where clients can reconnect with themselves and restore a sense of safety from within.
